Join the Fit For You Group Fitness Passport Challenge!

What is the Fit For You Challenge?

This challenge is designed to assist YOU in exploring what fitness is best for your and your goals.  Is it strength, cardio, mobility or a combination?   Explore the variety of group fitness classes the Fitness Facility offers and find what's the right fitness for YOU!

Your passport to a balanced workout routine!

  • Grab a passport from the Fitness Facility front desk or Group Fitness Room  (or click the passport image to download and print).  Keep your passport with you or file it in the group fitness room.​

  • Attend classes in three disciplines of fitness: STRENGTH, CARDIO and MOBILITY for a balanced approach to your workouts OR join in an open play league/Group Run for sticker in any discipline.

  • Get a passport stamp from your group fitness class instructor or the fitness facility staff after each group fitness class you take.

  • When the challenge concludes on January 30th, we ask that each participant  evaluates what discipline/class/activity felt best for you and your fitness needs.  From there we encourage you to set a goal to continue this through the year!

  • No official sign-ups needed.  Just show up to class/participate and get your passport stamped.  The more rows you complete, the greater the chances to WIN more prizes!  Passports due after January 30th.  Please include your name on the back of the passport.
