BASIC FITNESS & WELLNESS PROGRAM
Looking to begin or re-visit your fitness journey? Try new healthy recipes or supplements? Set goals for yourself? Meet new people? Start fresh with the Foundations of Fitness Program at the Better, Healthier You Fitness Facility!

What to Expect:


CURATED, BEGINNER-FRIENDLY WORKOUTS
  • Cardio-focused warm-ups
  • Strengthening exercises with bodyweight, dumbbells, medicine balls, etc.
  • Post-workout cooldown methods incorporating stretching
FITNESS EDUCATION
  • Small-group sessions
  • Help with form, weight, and how to modify or advance exercises
  • Goal-setting based on baseline measurements

  • Nutritional guidance and recipes
  • Supplement samples
  • Mindfulness techniques
  • Wellbeats classes
Where should I complete my workouts?
Make it work for YOU! Showing up is the first step to making progress.
  • In a weekly group session with the fitness facility intern
  • On your own in the facility, following the workout routine and log sheets. See the front desk for printed copies or print on your own!

How do I schedule a session?
Use the MindBody app to sign up for one or more of the 3 weekly Foundations of Fitness sessions. You may also use it to secure a spot in group fitness classes taught by certified instructors throughout the week. ​
How do I log my progress in the program?
Weekly log sheets will be available here to keep track of progress. If inclined to do so, please document workouts done, sessions attended, and any modifications or progressions used, as well as recipes made or supplements used throughout each week.
​The program is for fitness facility members only. Sign up to become a member! For more information, see the front desk staff 7 am-5 pm Tuesday through Thursday.
