How do I schedule a session? Use the MindBody app to sign up for one or more of the 3 weekly Foundations of Fitness sessions. You may also use it to secure a spot in group fitness classes taught by certified instructors throughout the week. How do I log my progress in the program?
Weekly log sheets will be available to keep track of progress and store in the Coach's Corner in the weight and strength training room across from the gymnasium. Please check the workout and document reps, sets, and any modifications or progressions used, as well as recipes made or supplements used throughout each week. |
