This month we’re focusing on Mental Fortitude and Resiliency!  Mental fortitude and resiliency matter allows people to stay composed, adapt, and keep moving forward when challenges hit. They’re the foundation for bouncing back stronger, staying focused under pressure, and performing consistently even when conditions aren’t ideal.

WELLNESS CENTER UPDATES
Starting May 4th, the Amway Wellness Center will be staffing Monday - Thursday, 7am - 5pm.

We have a few new faces starting at the Amway Wellness Center this month.  Lilli Price, our former intern will now joining our staff as a Fitness Specialist and Jahleel Rollins will be joining us as a Fitness Specialist Intern for the summer.        CLICK HERE to learn more about staff.

Guideline Reminders: Please be mindful of your time on equipment, wear clean and dry shoes, avoid occupying lockers when you’re not exercising, and wipe down machines after your workout.  CLICK HERE for a refresher on all of the Wellness Center guidelines.

Programming:
  • Recharge Breaks are back!  Recharge Breaks are a dynamic no sweat movement break designed to re-energized your team meetings.  CLICK HERE to schedule us for your next team meeting!

  • Amway Wellness Center Member Happy Hours coming May 14th between 8am-4pm.  This month we will be giving out  g&h™ Refresh Exfoliating Body Wash.  Scan your card at the Wellness Center front desk for a chance to win a Artistry Supreme LX™ Regenerating Cream.​

GROUP FITNESS
This month’s Group Fitness Schedule Launches May 4th!  CLICK HERE to check out the full May class schedule.  
  • Mondays:  11:15pm -  Xfit 45
  • Tuesdays:  12:15pm - Total Body Strength 45 | 4:15pm -  Pilates 45
  • Wednesdays:  12:15pm -  HIIT 45 | 4:15pm - Yoga 45
  • Thursdays:  7:00am - Tone Up 30 | 12:15pm - Thoughtful Movement Thursday Class Series
    • This May, the Wellness Center has curated a lineup of fitness classes designed to energize your body and calm your mind. From slow, intentional yoga flows and mobility-focused stretching to strength-building sessions and low-impact cardio, each class invites you to connect deeply with your movement and breath. 
    • Whether you’re looking to build strength, improve flexibility, or simply unwind after a long day, our group fitness classes offer a space to move with purpose, awareness, and balance. Leave each Thoughtful Movement Thursday session feeling mentally resilient, accomplished, and fully in tune with both your body and mind.

      • May 21:  KETTLEBELL AMPD
      • May 28:  MOVEMENT AND MEDITATION
    • Space is limited, so be sure to sign up today and reserve your spot!  If you have any issues with sign ups or logging in, email [email protected], call x7710 or stop by the Wellness Center Desk. We are happy to help!
*Remember to sign up for classes in advance if you’d like to attend and do your best to remove your name from the class list if you’re unable to attend.  Check in on the iPad in the Group Fitness Room when you arrive!  Scan your badge at the front desk to check into the Amway Wellness Center.  If there are less than 3 people signed up for a class at 5pm the night before, it will be cancelled.
