    Competitive registration is now closed. You may still register to receive the weekly activity boards and information but will not have weekly meetings nor be eligible for prizes.

    Please answer the following 16 questions as accurately as possible. Most of these answers will be used as a baseline to track your progress during and after the competition
    For the next 4 questions:  0 represents the least amount of knowledge, experience, or confidence and 10 represents mastery. 

Some users are experiencing issues submitting. Please only submit once even it doesn't look like it submit. If you don't receive a confirmation email from Sadie at the fitness facility by 12 pm on Tuesday 10/8/2024, follow up by emailing the fitness facility
