5 Week Wellness Competition
Bingo M.E.A.N.S. Wellness is a 5 week challenge created to help improve your overall health and wellness by slowly building better, healthier habits. The challenge focuses on 5 major aspects of wellness: Mobility, Emotional wellness, Aerobic fitness, Nutrition, and Strength. There are 25 total activities available for you to complete and score from each week: 5 mobility, 5 emotional wellness, 5 aerobic fitness, 5 nutrition, and 5 strength. The goal of this challenge is to score as many points as possible over the duration of the program. One-on-one or small group sessions will be held in the fitness facility each week to discuss wellness topics and complete one of the activities for that week. Weekly activities are meant to build on each other to emulate the natural progression of building habits. Challenge yourself during these five weeks and improve your overall wellness one small step at a time.
Each Week
You will receive an email with that week's activity board, the updated leaderboard, and information pertaining to the wellness focus of that week. You should also attend your weekly guidance session at the fitness facility to learn about wellness, health tips, goal setting, progress tracking, and more!
Weekly activity boards are due at 2 pm on the following days:
Week 1: Due October 22
Week 2: Due October 29
Week 3: Due November 5
Week 4: Due November 12
Week 5: Due November 19

The three people who score the most total points at the end of the 5 week challenge will each receive a unique gift basket from The Employee Store.
One meeting each week must be attended in order to be eligible for prizes.
*Prize winners will be announced November 21st via email. Winners will be notified to pick up prizes from the Better, Healthier You desk.
Why 5 Wellness Areas?
There are a variety of categories pertaining to wellness and numerous ways to improve your overall health and wellness. Bingo MEANS Wellness will be focusing specifically on mobility, emotional wellness, aerobic fitness, nutrition, and strength. Regularly engaging in these 5 area of wellness will help you develop a well rounded approach to wellness.
To learn more about each of these five categories and how they impact your overall wellbeing, look for the educational piece that will be sent out every Tuesday in the weekly email. Each of the 5 Wellness Area boxes below will be updated when the educational piece and activity board is posted for the week.
