Why Plank:
Planking is a simple yet powerful exercise that strengthens your core, improves posture, reduces back pain, and enhances balance, flexibility, and muscle endurance. It engages multiple muscle groups at once, requires no equipment, and can be easily modified, making it a convenient and effective full-body workout when done with proper form and gradual progression.
Challenge Details:
This is a challenge designed to see how many total minutes of planking you can achieve over 3-weeks. Record your total time planking each day on the tracking sheet provided. You can also earn a 1-Minute bonus each day you take a group fitness class at the BHY Fitness Facility.
Time tracking sheet must be submitted back to the Fitness Facility ([email protected]) by May 21st.

$25.00 Employee Store Gift Card - Prize drawing for everyone who accomplishes at least 30 total minutes of planking
250 Spark Points = Top total minutes planked
