    Choose the skill level that fits your team's abilities.

Skill Level Guide

Beginner Level (2.5)
  • New to the game, still learning basic rules and how to hold the paddle.
  • Starting to get the hang of the rules and movement but still working on consistency and basic shots.
  • Able to sustain a rally but still inconsistent with shot placement, control, and positioning.

Intermediate Level (3.0)
  • Comfortable with basic strokes and can maintain rallies. Needs improvement on shot placement, control, and consistency.
  • Can execute most shots, including volleys and dinks, but may struggle with more advanced strategies, such as third-shot drops or placement on serves.

​Advanced Level (3.5)
  • Good understanding of game strategy and court positioning
  • Capable of using a variety of different shots to sustain a long rallies.

Where are games played?
There are multiple options, depending on what works best for your schedule!
  • The Pickle Plex - 1 of 3 pickleball courts located in building 52.  
  • The Better, Healthier You Fitness Facility Gym
  • You can coordinate with your competitor to complete your game offsite. (Ada Park, YMCA, etc.)

How do I schedule my games?
Option 1
Courts at building 52:
  1. Connect with your opponent to determine a 30-minute window that works with both of the teams schedules. 
  2. Create a meeting invitation in MS Outlook and schedule 1 of 3 courts in the "location" field. 
    1. Ada Campus Fitness Pickleball - Classic Dill (Court 1)
    2. Ada Campus Fitness Pickleball - Bread & Butter (Court 2)
    3. Ada Campus Fitness Pickleball - Hot_Spicy (Court 3)
  3. Reserve a time *only one player per game needs to reserve a time. ​
  4. Reservations will be approved by fitness staff.

Option 2
Court at Better, Healthier You Fitness Facility Gym:
  1. Connect with your opponent each week to determine a 30-minute window that works with both of your schedules. 
  2. Contact the Better, Healthier You Fitness facility desk to reserve the gym: [email protected] or X7710
  3. Reserve a time *only one player per game needs to reserve a time. ​​
​If you will be completing your game offsite, simply coordinate with your opponent. 

How do I submit my score?
The winning opponent is responsible for reporting the game score using the link below. All scores are due no later than 24hrs after game is completed, and please include the following information:
  • Date of the match-up
  • Full name of the winner
  • Full name of the opponent
    *All scores for divisional matches must be reported by February 23rd.
