Ready to take your health to the next level?
Level Up is a 4-week point-based challenge designed to fit your goals. Each day you are playing for points in each of the 6 Daily Habits: nutrition, hydration, fitness, mobility, sleep, and mindfulness. It's not about earning a perfect score every day, but having the courage to start to make a change!
How to Play
You'll start off by filling out your goal sheet. This is where you decide what goal you want to strive for in each of the 6 Daily Habit categories. You want to make them achievable for your daily life, but also challenge yourself! Try picking something you've always wanted to do, something you wish was part of your daily routine, or something that is a bit out of your comfort zone! If you're feeling stuck, we've got you covered. There are goal ideas under the habits section.
Once you have your goal sheet filled out, you're ready to get started! Your job now is to try to accomplish each goal every day of the challenge. For each goal hit, you will earn 5 points (for a total of 30 possible points per day!). To help keep track of your progress, use your scorecard to check off goals as you complete them. Challenge yourself to earn as many points as possible, double the points you earned before, or compete with a friend to see who can earn more! If that's not enticing enough, did we mention we have prizes?
Prizes!
On Friday of each week you will submit your scorecard via email or to the Optimal You desk. Those who have earned 100+ points for the week will be entered into a raffle drawing to win a prize from the Amway store!
Oh, but there's more. After the 4 weeks, those who have earned 400+ points will be entered into the grand prize drawing!
Prizes:
*Prize winners will be announced the following Tuesday via email. You will need to stop by the Optimal You desk to pick up your prize.
Want more ways to win? An educational piece will be attached to the weekly challenge email, along with a set of questions. If you read the educational piece and submit the questions along with your scorecard at the end of the week, you will get an additional entry to the raffle!
How will I be updated about my progress?
A progress email will be sent out each Tuesday of the challenge with information about raffle winners, the habit focus of the week, an educational piece, and any other updates you will need to know.
