Andy has a MS degree in Health Promotion Management from Nebraska Methodist College and a BA degree in Wellness Program Management from Graceland University. He is certified from the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist and is recognized as an Elite Personal Trainer by I.D.E.A.. Andy has a passion for helping others reach their full potential through functional movement. Andy's hometown is New Market, IA, and his hobbies are biking, landscaping, and a wide variety of recreational activities.

Meet Jessica, the Optimal You Program Coordinator. She is a NASM certified personal trainer and a YogaFit 200Hr registered yoga teacher, with many years of experience in both modalities. Jessica graduated from Aquinas College in Grand Rapids, Michigan with a BS in Business Administration degree and a minor in her second interest, Psychology. Grand Rapids has been her home for many years now, however she is proudly from the great state of Wisconsin - go Pack go! Teaching group fitness classes is what brings her joy! Jess loves helping people successfully sweat through their challenges (both mind and body) and happily live in the moment. When not in the gym, you can find her hanging out with her husband, three amazing teenagers, and one very spoiled, golden retriever. Namaste'.
FITNESS TEAM - Buena Park
Mark is the Optimal You Fitness Facility Program Coordinator and a Wellbeing Consultant for the Buena Park facility at Nutrilite. He has a MS Degree in Sports Medicine/Nutrition, a MA in Theology and a BS in Exercise Physiology. Mark is certified from the National Academy of Sports Medicine and the American Sports and Fitness Association as a Performance Enhancement Specialist and works with kids to professional athletes to help them reach their full athletic potential. He is native of California and has a passion for ice hockey, hiking, weight lifting and running. His passion for being active outdoors as lead him to ran over 37 full marathons, 75 half marathons, 4 ultra marathons and 1 half ironman event.
