Customized Fitness Programs

Personal training at the Better, Healthier You Fitness Facility is one-on-one strength, cardiovascular, and flexibility training with a nationally certified and degreed fitness specialist. We make personalized fitness convenient and affordable. So, whether your goals are to lose weight, gain muscle, increase strength, improve sport performance, or make a weekly commitment to fitness, a fitness specialist can help you attain your goals.

Get one-on-one attention with a fitness specialist knowledgeable in all facets of exercise either at the Better, Healthier You Fitness Facility  or virtually. Together, you will establish an exercise routine based on attaining your goals around your schedule. In addition, you will receive the motivation you need to stick with your program and watch your goals realized.

How it works...

Through the use of percent body fat, flexibility, cardiovascular, strength and girth measurements, your fitness specialist will help you set goals, as well as develop a plan so you can see them become reality. In addition, you will learn the proper techniques, positioning and form for stretching, warm up, cool down and other exercises. Your fitness specialist can help you do it all!

In-person and virtual sessions can be purchased in 60 minute or 30 minute time frames to accommodate your busy life. Sessions can be purchased as individual sessions or in packages of 8 or 12 at a discounted rate.  Partner and Team training options are also available. 

HOW TO SIGN-UP....
Complete a personal training registration form (CLICK HERE).
Email completed form to [email protected]  or bring it to the front desk at the Better, Healthier You FItness Facility to get started!  From there, a FItness Specialist will contact you to set up a fitness consultation.

*All training sessions must be used within 1 year of purchase date.
**Sessions canceled less than 24hrs from scheduled time are subject to no refund.
