​Optimal You Clubs get you outside and performing your best on the road, trail or race day! Whether you prefer individual sports like running and cycling, or triathlons and adventure racing, we have events and education to help you improve your performance.  

Race Changes due to COVID-19

Irish Jig 5K (Saturday, March 21):  Race is CANCELLED.  Click Here for more information, and to arrange a refund

Barry Roubaix:  Race is RESCHEDULED to  Saturday, October 10.  Click Here  on how to edit, transfer, or withdraw (with refund) your race entry

Hurt the Dirt:  Race is RESCHEDULED to Saturday, August 22. 

Nana's Run:  Race is now being run as a virtual race.    You may still register with code AMWAY20 to run for FREE, and still receive race shirt.

Riverbank Run:   Race is RESCHEDULED to Saturday, October 24th.  Continue to contact Tim DeBoer for your one-use code until the deadline of October 20.    Click Here for complete details, including options to defer to 2021,  to run virtually, or cancel altogether!  

MSU Gran Fondo:  Currently STILL ON as scheduled for Saturday, June 27.  All events until April 20th are cancelled.  Read full statement here
