Focus on YOU by taking 10-minutes to prioritize your wellbeing. YOU determine how those 10 minutes best serve you each day. We all worry and take care of others, but often we do not stop to take care of ourselves! This challenge provides permission to take at least 10-minutes for yourself to energize your mind and body.

10-Minutes = Prizes
Goal is to get at least 70-minutes (10-minutes per day) of YOU time.
YOU will also have the options to earn weekly "bonus minutes."
Each week YOU spend 70-minutes of YOU time" in two of five categories (Self-Care, Movement, Meditation, Eating Healthy or Other), YOU will be entered into a prize drawing for 25 Spark points.
Complete all four weeks and two bonus options and YOU will be entered into the prize drawing of 250 Spark points.
Please share your 10-minutes of "YOU TIME" weekly or share all weeks by February 19th. All prize drawings will take place February 20th.
