Task Your Way to Wellness!
Task 30 is a 21-day challenge created to help improve your overall health and wellness through the implementation of various tasks. These tasks focus on fitness, nutrition, and mindfulness. There are 30 total tasks to choose from: 12-fitness, 10-nutrition, and 8-mindfulness. The goal of this challenge is to accomplish as many tasks as possible in 21 days. A minimum of 21 tasks need to be completed to be eligible for prizes. With the 30 total tasks mentioned above, you have the option to take on more than one task a day. These tasks can be completed in any order and however best fits into your schedule. Challenge yourself and improve your overall health, one task at a time.
How to Tackle your Tasks

There are three different task tiers and three different prizes for each tier. The three task tiers align with how many total tasks you completed over the course of the 21-day challenge. Depending on how many total tasks you completed, your name will be entered into a drawing for that specific task tier to win a prize. There will only be one winner for each of the three task tiers.

How will I be updated on prize winners?
Task 30 Challenge officially ends August 6th and you have until August 7th to turn in your task sheet. Once all the tasks sheets have been turned in and counted, your name will be entered into a raffle that aligns with the task tier you fall into. One name will be chosen for each of the three tiers. Prize winners will be announced August 8th via email.

Why 3 Wellness Tasks?
There are a variety of categories pertaining to wellness and numerous ways to improve your overall health and wellness. Task 30 will be focusing specifically on the fitness, nutrition, and mindfulness components of health. Regularly engaging in these 3 categories of wellness will help you develop a good balance in your lifestyle in order to live a happier, healthier life.

How to Tackle your Tasks
- You will need this task sheet
- You can either print the task sheet off or complete it electronically
- Return to the Optimal You Fitness Facility no later than 12pm EST on August 7th. There are multiple ways to return it:
- in person at the fitness facility
- drop box at the fitness facility
- interoffice mail to 14-1N
- via email to [email protected]
- The goal is to complete a minimum of 21 total tasks, up to a maximum of 30 tasks. Complete these in any order and however it best fits into your schedule
Prizes!
