Total Minute Challenge is a 3-week, point-based challenge designed to improve well-being by increasing physical activity. A few words to live by:
PHYSICAL ACTIVITY comes in MANY DIFFERENT FORMS.

EVERY little bit ADDS UP.
How to Play
The goal is to move more & move often! Throughout the challenge, you will record and submit your total weekly minutes of exercise (each week goes from Monday morning through the following Sunday evening). We recommend keeping track of daily minutes somewhere - whether it be an app you use, a pad of paper, or a note on your phone. Then, each Monday by 12pm noon, you will submit your total minutes for the previous week via a scorecard link that will be emailed to participants and posted on this web page. There will be weekly prize drawings & a grand prize winner!
BONUS: participants will receive weekly education, tips & tricks throughout the challenge! Be sure to check your email.
What Counts as Exercise?
Any intentional movement that elevates your heart rate. This could include anything from household chores, walking the dog, or physical therapy exercises to running/cycling, group exercise classes or resistance training. For more ideas, reference the "Movement Menu" linked in the Resources section below.
The Scoring
Each minute of exercise is worth 1 point in the challenge. All minutes are self-reported. Anyone who submits a weekly score of 150 minutes/points or more will earn an entry for the weekly prize drawing.
The grand prize winner will be the individual with the highest total minutes of exercise throughout the duration of the challenge.

How to submit your scorecard
Submit your total weekly exercise minutes by completing the scorecard link designated for each week. Links will be emailed to participants each Friday and will also be remain posted on this page if any backlogging is needed. All responses for the week prior are due the following Monday by 5pm EST.
How will I receive updates and communications?
You will receive two weekly emails, one on Monday and one on Friday.
Monday emails will include the education and tips & tricks for the week.
Friday emails will include the scorecard link (due the following Monday), updated leaderboard information and the weekly prize winner announcement.
**The challenge wrap-up and grand prize winner will be announced Wednesday, June 28!
