I did something a little different this week with the blog. Instead of writing it out, I did a voice-over presentation. I walk you through why the ankle is such an important factor in knee pain, and provide corrective actions you can take to restore ankle mobility. Ankles with the ability to move through their full range of motion are a LOT easier on the knees
