Training Goal Sabotages Part 1: Lacking proper perspective

Happy 2021!  It's that time of year again when we reflect on where we are and where we want to be.   We can all agree that goal-setting is a very worthwhile endeavor!  It gives structure and order to our efforts in training, and tends to lead to better results in less time.  After the year that we have had,  goals may be taking on a different look and feel.  I felt it was a good idea to do a series on common goal sabotages to watch out for.  Give a 12-minute listen to part 1, which introduces a better mental approach to goal-setting!  Thanks for listening
